Poor user support and privacy measures

I enjoyed using the app until a troll (which theres eventually bound to be, right?) began stalking me. I stopped responding and they began private message me to continue on. I asked numerous times for the person to stop. They didnt so I blocked them. End of story right? No. they could still access all my content and harass any post I made. So they were only able to be blocked in chat, not from my content.
I tried all day to get help with this from Kanvas, PMing,even tagging them in the posts to please help. The websites support link didnt work. There was no one to contact. Then HOURS later after the person continued to troll me when they should have been blocked, they responded with "they had complaints about you. Just leave eachother alone." Excuse me, WHAT!? I followed up asking how this person was still able to get into my content once they were blocked, no answer. What can I do to make sure my content is inaccessible to them, no answer. How to keep this from happening again. No answer. Their privacy measures are completely lacking, and their user support is unprofessional and beyond sub par. It makes for a creative app with potential ultimately giving you a crappy experience and making you swallow it.
So be careful with your content unless its COMPLETELY private (whats the purpose of that). If there are people you dont want to find you or if people begin to harass you, you are virtually powerless.
I waited a few hours for them to contact me back regarding the follow up (all the while my content is still accessible to this "blocked" person) before Id leave a bad rating in case they indeed rectify the situation and answer my privacy questions. They did not. So here I am leaving my first bad review. Completely avoidable.
